P.E.T.S. is not a shelter;  we assist animals in need from Guthrie County because there is no animal shelter in Guthrie County.  One of the ways that we assist is by listing animals on Petfinder.com as a public service for our local communities.  Animals remain with their owner until they are placed into a new home.
